Power Yoga

Power yoga is a challenging strength building flow that’s open to all levels. If you’re a beginner you can improve your fundamental skills while building strength with a more physical and fast paced flow.This practice is energetic, similar to an ashtanga or vinyasa style flow. While some teach this class as more exercise or fitness base, I prefer teaching with traditional roots focused on breath while strengthening the body and mind. Challenging postures and repetitions help build movement rooted in breath that will help push you further in your practice increasing flexibility and strength.
